That's as much a truism as the good old maxim: Any public disturbance in China is caused by splitists and otherwise-innocent people fooled by foreign elements. Apparently having your blog blocked is a great way to personal fame and fortune. Raymond Zhou does not want someone outside the hierarchy to have that kind of megaphone, not when he can never get such an opportunity. So he threatens with a smile on his face.
